The objectives pursued by the Club of Košice Vital Seniors place special emphasis on providing senior citizens, who often tend to qualify themselves as being redundant and disadvantaged as far as their active participation in society is involved, with activities and knowledge that enhance their active integration into society, with the aim to improve their quality of life and chances in the field of self-realization.
Those members of our club who wish to improve their knowledge of English are offered to join in the activities of our Education Section which provides senior learners with specially tailored language courses in General English, following the pace of learning as well as the personal needs of senior learners.
The language courses are carried out in close cooperation with the University of Third Age and Active Language Studio in Košice, Slovakia.
